What a dreary day again! I am working during the dinner hour tonight, so I am prepping ahead for my husband. Tonight's menu Chicken Chili, a recipe from Marian Burros, which appeared in the New York Times many years ago. I am also making Sweet Corn Bread. Although my husband declined this, warm bread on a day like today seems like a good idea. My son's girlfriend made this for Thanksgiving 2015. Everyone loved it.
